DEMO SNAC Stakeholder Meeting
Conference – Symposium - Forum
13-16 November 2023 | Almada, Portugal
DEMO SNAC Coordinator (BIJ) and the Portuguese national agency are organising for the 20 Erasmus+ Youth national agencies the second stakeholder meeting in cooperation with the municipality of Almada, Portugal.
The objectives of the event:
- To take stock of and share the achievements and good practices of impementation on local and national level,
- To reflect on the tools and activities of the Partnership on European level,
- To identify further needs of stakeholders and collect ideas for further developments and activities in 2024-25
- To contribute to the preparation of the European youth event ‘Youth work and Democracy’ under the Belgian Presidency in 2024.
Profile of participants
The Conference will involve maximum 50 participants from the 20 participating countries of the Partnership with expereince in taking part or contributing to a DEMO SNAC activity:
- Trainers and consultants (involved in the implementation of activities and the Expert Group)
- Municipality officers and decision-makers who already took part in an activity of the Partnership (national or European)
- Young people experienced in municipal participation structures (associated to the Partnership),
- Representatives of partner organisations,
- NA colleagues or agents who coordinate the national implementation,
National delegations will be set up by the national agencies as follow:
- Portugal, Belgium-FR, Belgium-FL, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Estonia, Hungary can send a delegation of 3-4 experts.
- Slovakia, Greece, Poland, Cyprus, Finland can send a delegation of 2-3 persons,
- Croatia, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Iceland, Bulgaria may send 1 participant.

Accommodation and food
Accommodation and meals will be provided and covered by the hosting national ageny of Portugal.
Travel reimbursement
Travel wil be arranged / reimbursed by the sending national agency. Pleaseconsult your nationla agencyregarding rules and procedures.
