International Training Course on „Competences / Competence Models in International Youth Work“ from 10. -16.10.2021 in Weimar, Germany and 21.-27.03.2022 in Italy

The Training Course will mainly focus on the exploration and processing of the ETS Competence Models with a dedication to the competence area(s) “Learning to learn”. Major aspects are “organising their own learning”, “learning with and from others”, “coaching”, “application of competences” etc.

Based on the results and findings of the TC and a following online & practice phase the seminar in Italy in spring 2022 will be mainly focusing on processing & sharing of tools, proposals & good practices, which were developed by partners and participants. A specific dedication is given to themes as “networking & advocacy” based on the needs of participants and partners involved.

The trainers team are Salvatore Greco (https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/toy/salvi-greco.1675/) and Paul Kloosterman (https://www.salto-youth.net/tools/toy/paul-kloosterman.157/).

Online meetings (duration approx. 2 hours) are open for everybody who is interested (not only for future training course participants, but also you, members of your organisations, partners, peers etc.) and will take place on

September 13th, 14.00 CET (speakers: Salvi Greco, Paul Kloosterman)

September 16th, 17.00 CET (speaker: Nik Paddison)

September 27th, 19.00 CET (speaker: Annamaria Simeone)

During on-boarding meetings we will discuss the following questions: Can organisations learn? When was the last time you saw an organisation learn? Do you see your organisation as a learning one? Do organisations learn differently? How to improve the learning of your organisation? Please send us an Email in case you are interested!
