Cycle up: Methodologies and tools for quality Project Management and Human Rights Education

Training Course

17-24 August 2026 | Guriezo, Spain

Training of trainers on methodologies and tools for quality Project Management and Human Rights Education

At the core of our vision lies a firm conviction: multidisciplinary teams reach their full potential only when their members possess a holistic understanding of the projects they lead. This principle is the cornerstone of our upcoming training program.

Are you an aspiring organizer planning your own training course? Or perhaps a youth worker looking to expand your horizons and master new professional tools? If so, this experience is designed specifically for you.

In the field of Human Rights Education (HRE), youth organizations often operate with limited resources, which frequently prevents the luxury of having specialized teams for every task. More often than not, the same group of trainers must balance the creative art of facilitation with the rigorous demands of project management and administration. This reality demands a new generation of professionals: versatile leaders with a comprehensive 360° perspective.

“Cycle up” invites you to dive deep into the intricacies of project management, advanced facilitation, and holistic leadership. Together, we will bridge the gap between administrative excellence and educational impact, equipping you with the tools necessary to navigate modern challenges and maximize the reach of your initiatives in today’s evolving landscape.

We look forward to welcoming you to this transformative journey.
