Conference – Symposium - Forum

29 November - 3 December 2026 | Lyon, France

The event is cross sectoral covering all 6 Erasmus+ sectors, thus gathering diversity of participants, hence providing a unique opportunity to confront various experiences, get inspiration, and out the box ideas.

The 2 SALTOs Inclusion & Diversity for Education & Training & Youth are associated to the event.

The following conferences and worskhops will be proposed:

United in diversity: Developing truly inclusive Erasmus+ projects

Empowering staff for inclusion: Skills and competences to support participants with fewer opportunities

Recognition of skills, non formal and formal validation for participants with fewer opportunities

Innovating to support the success of participants with fewer opportunities

United in diversity across regions: Expanding access to European opportunities

Making inclusion a lasting reality: Erasmus+ as a driver of transformation for organisations

Participants are expected to engage actively in the event and will be asked to present good practices, facilitate workshops etc…

The conference will be in translated in English and French - The seminar will be in English only.

Participants will:

Improve their knowledge on inclusion strategies

Enlarge their networks of partners

Collect easy to use tools and methods

Disseminate and promote the results and achievements of their projects

Arrival expected on Monday 30 November 2025 before 10:00.If you need to arrive the day before, on Sunday 29 November, the Erasmus+ Agency will book a hotel
room for you, and you will be offered dinner at the hotel.

Departure on Thursday 3 December 2026 at 12:30 or after lunch. Travel arrangements should be made accordingly to avoid arriving after the start of the conference and leaving before the end.

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
