Creative Methodologies for Emancipation: Virtuality and Pandemia

In these times where we have had to move to virtuality, have you ever wondered if it is possible to continue having significant learning processes? What kind of pedagogies and methodologies can be adapted to our screens without losing closeness and group participation?
Otra Escuela headquarters from Colombia and Spain together launch a virtual laboratory where to explore these and other questions through our socio-affective and experiential methodology.
We will do it through the following topics:
We will walk through these topics
- Connect with the group and generate spaces of trust
- The body and emotions
- Pedagogy, methodology, didactics
- Creative elements of facilitation (before, during and after)
- Contexts and particularities of the groups
How will we do it:
Through the socio-affective methodology applied to virtuality, where we will combine personal experiences, individual and collective reflection, together with a theoretical framework and the analysis of the current context, specifically the teaching, learning and facilitation processes in virtual spaces.
The laboratory format will allow us to generate a collective and collaborative space to share, nurture and create reflections, skills, actions and attitudes in facilitation and accompaniment from virtuality.
We will have:
- Participatory dialogues
- Experiential exercises
- Playful, creative and artistic tools
For this course we will have people from the training team of Otra Escuela (Colombia and Spain) who will participate as invited teachers to deepen the pedagogical and methodological reflections from different voices that start from the experiences and contexts that they have gone through.
To all the people who from their work and/or volunteering are interested in integrating tools for facilitation and virtual accompaniment.

13 hours (10 hours online and 3 hours of autonomous work)

CET time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

En estos tiempos donde hemos tenido que mudarnos a la virtualidad ¿te has preguntado si es posible seguir teniendo procesos significativos de aprendizaje? ¿qué tipo de pedagogías y metodologías se pueden adaptar a las pantallas sin perder la cercanía y la participación grupal?
Otra Escuela sedes Colombia-España lanzan juntas un laboratorio virtual donde explorar estas y otras preguntas a través de nuestra metodología socio-afectiva y vivencial.
Objetivo:
El Laboratorio será un espacio formativo en el que compartiremos herramientas, recursos y reflexiones desde experiencias vivenciales para facilitar espacios formativos y de acompañamiento en la virtualidad.
Transitaremos por estos temas:
- Conectar con el grupo y generar espacios de confianza
- El cuerpo y las emociones
- Pedagogía, metodología, didáctica
- Elementos creativos de la facilitación (antes, durante y después)
- Contextos y particularidades de los grupos
Cómo lo haremos:
A través de la metodología socio-afectiva aplicada a la virtualidad, donde combinaremos las vivencias personales, la reflexión individual y colectiva, junto con un encuadre teórico y el análisis del contexto actual, en concreto los procesos de enseñanza, aprendizaje y facilitación en espacios virtuales.
El formato de Laboratorio nos permitirá generar un espacio colectivo y colaborativo para compartir, nutrir y crear reflexiones, habilidades, acciones y actitudes en la facilitación y el acompañamiento desde la virtualidad.
Contaremos con:
- diálogos participativos
- ejercicios vivenciales
- herramientas lúdica, creativas y artísticas
Dirigido a:
A todas las personas que desde su profesión y/o quehacer estén interesadas en integrar herramientas para la facilitación y acompañamiento virtual.
Para este curso contaremos con personas del equipo de formaciones de Otra Escuela (Colombia y España) quienes participarán como docentes invitadas para profundizar en las reflexiones pedagógicas y metodológicas desde diversas voces que parten de las experiencias y contextos que ha transitado.
El laboratorio se realizará en idioma castellano.
Duración:
El laboratorio tiene una intensidad horaria de 13 horas (10 horas online y 3 de trabajo autónomo)

A Colombian and Spanish sister organisation that has been working for culture of peace and nonviolence for 20 years.
Otra Escuela works primarily for peace-building and education, positive transformation of conflicts, and collectively creating cultures of care (self, relational, territorial and environmental), with marginalised groups, activist groups and social organisations, through trainings, social intervention projects, cultural events, team and organisational consultancy and networking, using methods from artistic disciplines, creativity and play, and a pedagogy designed and developed by Otra Escuela.
