Creative laboratory - improving community with art

Training „Creative laboratory – improving community with art„ is focused on non formal education in the context of artistic education with a combination of different activities and methodologies. It is dedicated to all people interested in improving their community through crafts and by that to become more aware of the need to promote cultural diversity while exploring various forms of creativity and different cultural backgrounds. Participants will be involved in group activities, open discussions and different types of creative workshops, including outdoor activities in order to gain knowledge and to be able to share and express their views, experiences and opinions related to the project’s theme, but also to deepen their understanding about the importance of art as a resource for enhancing social and personal skills. The main intention is to assist individuals in developing awareness of their own creative potential, to acquire learning interests, to develop entrepreneurial skills and to help participants to gain new work methods which will make their work more efficient and enjoyable in the future. Workshops will be done in a friendly and fun atmosphere and it will provide cultural visits to places of interest and importance allowing participants the opportunity to explore cultural field of the area by visiting museums, art galleries and going to open-air walks to the outdoor sculpture park and in the nature. The main objective of the project within 5 days of workshop is to offer an educational experience and training to participants through the acquisition of competences and skills, to support the creation of job opportunities, to promote the quality of life, to expertise in the social and relational field, aimed at a more general process of empowerment of the individual and the community, through the proposal of experiences and opportunities that allow to express and to maximize the skills of one and all.
