Creative circles: Sound, art & body work

Creative circles: Sound, art & body work is an international training course for youth workers, educators, mentors, and facilitators interested in bringing more creativity and embodiment into their practice. Inspired by our previous training Tuning Up, this follow-up expands the focus from sound and music to also include visual art and body work.
Over six days, participants will explore circle-based methods that foster connection, equality, and creativity, as well as spiral learning processes that allow for deepening and reflection. Activities will include circle sounding, movement and body work, collaborative art-making, and nature-based practices.
The programme combines non-formal learning methods with workshops by visiting artists, offering both practical tools and personal experience. The training provides a supportive environment to try new approaches, reflect on their use in youth work, and co-create ways of applying them with young people.
No previous artistic skills are required — only openness and curiosity. By the end of the course, participants will have gained concrete tools for integrating sound, art, and body work into non-formal education, while also developing their own self-expression and building connections in an international group.
