Main objectives of this training are defining what is creativity in the YiA context, to explore how creativity of YiA project participants can be fostered and to share good/bad practices and tools from past projects.
Dear youth-creativity agent,
Do you feel it is the right time to refresh your usual working methods and the approaches you apply over and over again in your youth work and project management? Why not indulge yourself in an inspiring environment to explore creative learning processes and ways to disseminate results in even more creative and effective ways? Wouldn't it be great to look back at the good practices, learn how to make them even better and combine your ideas for future projects with other Baltic organizations?
Then we are excited to invite you to the TC on creative approaches and methods in Youth in Action, happening this winter in Latvia!
During the training we will define what is creativity in YiA context; learn to develop learning processes and environment in International Youth Exchanges and Youth Initiatives; explore how creativity of YiA project participants can be fostered and supported; introduce new ways to develop creativity in the dissemination and exploitation of YiA project results and much much more.
This time we welcome youth workers, youth coordinators, project creators and leaders with previous experience in YiA projects from Baltic states. Main focus of this training course will be on Actions 1.1. and 1.2. So participants should have experience in implementation of youth initiatives and youth exchanges!
Together we will explore various ways of developing, promoting and celebrating creativity in our work within YiA projects.
