This Erasmus training course in Kaunas brings together youth workers from Lithuania Türkiye Italy Spain and Greece to develop practical skills in video production editing and storytelling Through interactive and non formal learning participants will explore how video can be used in youth work while addressing social and community issues The project encourages creative expression teamwork critical thinking active citizenship and intercultural understanding Participants will strengthen digital literacy communication project management problem solving and transferable skills supporting employability and career readiness Youth workers will gain creative methods and practical experience to better support young people while promoting cultural exchange community engagement European cooperation and a more inclusive and innovative approach to youth work.
