Cooperation in Movement is a 10-day immersion for 22 youth workers focused on cooperation tools and embodiment practices. Participants will engage in theoretical discussions and physical activities to enhance cooperation and self-understanding.

Cooperation in Movement is an unique immersion of 10 days training course where youth leaders will discover cooperation tools and embodiment practices.
We will create a time-space to experiment - between theoretical moments and body practices - how we can cooperate with others and understand ourselves better.
We will provide tools to gain new skills of facilitation, combining a head-heart-body pedagogy, using creative process, in order to offer a supportive posture in the work of youth leaders.
We will explore how to embody, disseminate and empower these practices.

This training course is organizing by fertîles and is about:

developing a culture of cooperation to equip youth leaders in their commitments within collective projects
revealing the potential of each individuality to serve the collective
experimenting collective and emotional intelligence through body practices
exploring body awareness to be more in touch with oneself
expanding creativity in its facilitation attitude and gain self-confidence

Participation fee

We will invite you to leave a conscious participation at the end of the training course, we will explain the process to self assess the contribution you want and you can give to the project.

Accommodation and food

Activities, meals, accomadations are covered

Travel reimbursement

You will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules.

Only Green Travel are accepted.

Specific amount of travel grant with Green travel:

10-99km: 56€ (France)

100-488km: 285€ (France, Spain)

500-1999km: 417€ (Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Portugal)

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
