Partnership-building Activity

18-22 November 2013 | BRITTANY, France

Seminar's goals : - set up successful partnerships to build european projects - bring new knowledge about mobility programs and intercultural/linguistic animation tools - simulate projects - offer the possibility to live an international meeting

This seminar will gather the main european partners of Brittany (France) : Wales, Wielkopolska (Poland) and Saxe (Germany). The participants will arrive on the nice site of Moulin Mer, in Logonna Daoulas (near brest), on the monday 18th, at night. The seminar will be over on the 22th november, in the morning. The program of activities will start by an arrival meeting on the Monday night and will continue during 3 complete days. The schedule : - a limited number of plenary sessions for very special moments - a partner's market : special time to present one's organizations in an interactive way - "à la carte" workshops (make your own schedule) : on the different programs and grants you can access to realize your mobility project - "à la carte" workshops : to discover specific intercultural and linguistic tools - some informal time to make sure you'll meet the partners' you need for your future projects - some informal/cultural activities Seminars' language : Polish, German, English, French - interpretes will be here during the seminar, there's no need to speak english to participate. Deadline for the application : 15st of october Participation Fees : The participation fees will be 50 euros for the 3 days/4 nights. The participant will have to pay for the 30% of the travel costs. They will be refund for the 70% left.

A few words about Gwennili's experience in intercultural projects :
Gwennili is an association located in the south of Brittany, a remote region, which shares no borders with other European countries.
Since 1998, we aim at creating connections between young people from here and there and at leading local projects in an international context.
We want to offer young people the possibility to understand better social, political, and economic realities different from those they usually face. We think that experiencing Europe is a key to improving our mutual understanding.
We are organizaing more than 20 youth exchanges each year and we send around 10 volunteers in EVS per year.

Costs

50 euros fees per participant + 30% of the travel cost. (70% will be refund during the seminar).
