Training Course

28 June - 5 July 2026 | NARVA, Estonia

Main Aim: To support youth workers in strengthening connection, improving wellbeing, and developing practical tools that can be directly applied in their daily work with young people.

This training focuses on strengthening connection, creating space for reflection and exchange, and exploring practical wellbeing tools that youth workers can apply in their daily work with young people.
Activities will support participants in reconnecting with themselves and others, sharing experiences, and testing simple, effective methods that can be transferred to different youth work settings.

Objectives:

  • To create a safe and open space for participants to connect and build trust within the group.
  • To encourage exchange of ideas, experiences, and practices in youth work.
  • To increase awareness of wellbeing and its role in working with young people.
  • To explore simple and practical tools that support connection and wellbeing.
  • To support participants in sharing and reflecting on their own experiences.
  • To inspire new approaches and ideas that can be adapted in different youth work contexts.
  • To strengthen cooperation and networking between participants from different countries.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Build and maintain connection within a group in a supportive and inclusive way.
  • Share and reflect on their own experiences in youth work.
  • Use simple wellbeing tools in their daily work with young people.
  • Apply practical activities that support engagement and participation.
  • Adapt and use methods learned during the training in their own local context.
  • Facilitate basic reflection and experience-sharing processes.
  • Gain new ideas and inspiration for their future youth work activities.

Accommodation:

Participants will be accommodated in the Hotel in TWIN or triple rooms with all conveniences. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast included.
