Partnership-building Activity

The project's goal is to create space for building new partnerships, support the development of feasible KA210 projects, and focus on improving quality in KA210. Target group: organizations new to Small-scale Partnership projects KA210 in Youth sector.

Aim of the Seminar

To support organizations in building international partnerships and developing project ideas for Small-scale Partnerships (KA210) under Erasmus+ Key Action 2. The ultimate goal is to encourage the submission of high-quality project applications in the 2026 Round 1 call.

Objectives of the Partnership Building Seminar

The aim of this seminar is to support organizations in establishing international partnerships and preparing high-quality projects within the framework of Small-scale Partnerships under Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ Programme. The event will serve as a space for knowledge exchange, inspiration, and hands-on development of project ideas.

Main objectives of the seminar:

Enhance participants’ understanding of Small-scale Partnerships in Youth sector:

  • Present the goals and structure of Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ Programme
  • Explain the rules and requirements for Small-scale Partnership projects
  • Showcase examples of good practices and high-quality projects

Strengthen participants’ project development skills:

  • Facilitate workshops to develop and refine project ideas
  • Provide guidance on aligning project concepts with Erasmus+ quality criteria

Foster sustainable international partnerships:

  • Create opportunities for participants to meet potential partners from other countries
  • Encourage networking and exchange of experiences
  • Support the formation of project consortia

Increase the number and quality of submitted applications:

  • Motivate participants to submit joint applications in the March 2026 call for proposals under Key Action 2

Target Group

This partnership building activity is designed for project managers, coordinators, and board members representing organizations that are interested in developing and implementing projects under Key Action 2 – Small-scale Partnerships (KA210) of the Erasmus+ Programme in Youth sector.

We are specifically looking for participants from newcomer organizations—those that have not yet coordinated or participated in a Small-scale Partnership project. The activity is ideal for organizations seeking to gain practical knowledge, build international connections, and take their first steps in Erasmus+ cooperation projects.

Costs

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
