Communication, Networking, and Social Integration for youth with fewer opportunities in Poland

Training Course

13 September - 8 November 2026 | Warsaw, Poland

A practical training cycle empowering youth with basic soft-skills, cross-cultural communication skills, and networking strategies for integration in Poland, featuring non-formal learning and peer support.

This training cycle ("Coaching, Development, Support") focuses on the development of soft skills and everyday communication as a vital tool for social and professional integration in Poland. Using non-formal learning methods, we explore how casual conversations can unlock new opportunities, build meaningful connections, and ease adaptation in a new environment.

Led by an experienced corporate consultant, business trainer, and expert Erasmus+ facilitator, the program combines interactive skill-building with peer support. Each session concludes with a joint networking dinner in a warm, informal atmosphere, offering participants a safe space to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

Target Audience & Methodology: This offer is primarily targeted at youth workers, mentors, community leaders, and civil society actors working in the fields of non-formal learning, integration, and peer support, who have preferably experienced political repression or are political refugees. However, diversity is a core value of ours, so we are fully open to any young people who accept the conditions of the training course.
