Communication in action

Training Course

20-28 February 2026 | Tallinn, Estonia

“Communication in Action” is an international training course focused on communication and facilitation. TC will be in Russian.

The training course “Communication in Action” aims to support youth workers, educators, trainers, and youth NGO representatives in understanding the role of communication in learning processes and in developing practical skills for inclusive non-formal education.

During the course, participants will explore how communication influences facilitation, group dynamics, and educational outcomes. The training focuses on practical tools and methods of non-formal education that can be applied when working with adolescents, young people, and within school or educational settings. Special attention will be given to working with diverse and mixed-level groups, intercultural communication, and the integration of non-formal education approaches into formal educational environments.

The course is designed as an experiential learning process combining theoretical input with hands-on practice. Participants will actively engage in facilitation exercises, group work, simulations, reflection sessions, and the development and delivery of interactive educational activities.
