Dear people who want to have humor and laughter in their lives,
Association "ALTER Network" goes with the third edition of COMEDY THEATRE.
We will learn together and practice:
- How to use comedy theater methodologies.
- How to express yourself using humour and laughter as the main tool.
- How to explore failure and learn to laugh at oneself and one's surroundings (respecting oneself).
- How to develop creative responses to different situations.
- How to stimulate the creation of empathic relationships.
- How to be able to see realities from different perspectives.
- How to reduce and remove the barriers of self and general judgment.
The methodologies that we will use are: improvisation, clowning, stand up comedy, community theater and body expression. Through working on the basics of comedy theatre we seek to increase the self-esteem and self-awareness of the participants by creating a safe space to laugh, have fun and seek their own happiness.
Most of all this course is to laugh at yourself, the others, and the world with no judgment!
We will meet every Tuesday (15, 22 February & 1, 8, 15, 22 March) between 18:30 and 20:00 CET in a comfortable ZOOM room and we will mainly do exercises and games. You will have the opportunity to practice (learning by doing) and to meet people from all over the world who have something to share and express.
The price of the course is 60 EUR for the 6 sessions. We keep it as low as possible (basically to cover our expenses), so that everybody can join and learn together. The spots are limited (20), so we invite you to Apply as soon as possible. After you submit your application, we will send you an email with practicals.
