Partnership-building Activity

4-10 June 2024 | Vihi Küla & Tallinn, Estonia

The CME gathers 25 participants to meet international partners, get to know educational tools, showcase educational games & generate ideas with practitioners from around Europe.

 

We are thrilled to host the Contact Making Event named Game Zone in Vihi Küla (Viljandimaa), Estonia during the white night period from 4 to 10 of June 2024. During this event 25 participants will have an opportunity to meet international partners, get to know educational tools, showcase educational games and generate collaboration ideas with practitioners from all around Europe. 

The contact-making event aims to gather youth workers and educators (high school teachers, youth trainers, camp leaders), NGO workers & decision-makers, youth leaders interested in international cooperation and game-based learning. The CME is most beneficial for those who are motivated and ready to build international partnerships and projects under the Erasmus+ & other programs. 

The contact making event will include: discussions and round tables, game tests, resource sharing, networking & project planning activities, community building activities, study visits.

Costs

Participation fee

The CME has a participation fee of 20 EUR paid
on the spot in cash or via bank transfer. The participation
fee amount will be used to provide extra materials for
participants and cover additional expenses of the project.

Accommodation and food

Full board during contact-making event days will be provided by the hosting organization. 

Travel reimbursement

Travel budgets are defined according to distance bands from the organization's headquarters. Distance bands to Vihi can be found below:

  • 3000-3999 km | 480 EUR (e.g. Portugal)
  • 2000-2999 | 340 EUR (e.g. most of Spain and Italy)
  • 500-1999km | 255 EUR (e.g. most of Sweden, Poland, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Northern Italy)
  • 100-499 | 150 EUR (Latvia, most of Lithuania, most of Finland)
  • 10-99km | 23 (Estonia)

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
