Training Course
15-21 November 2026 | Prague, Czech Republic
The training will introduce the principles of circus pedagogy using creativity and playfulness as a tool of empowerment, collaboration and discovery through positive movement experiences. During the five days of the training you will get an introduction to theoretical concepts of creativity in movement and basic principles of circus pedagogy and its techniques such as juggling, acrobatics or balance.
The training is open to youth/social workers, trainers, educators with prior experience of working with young adults from marginalised/vulnerable groups. No prior circus experience is necessary, but you need to be open to trying new things. You need to be resident in one of the partner countries of the CirqueVibe project - Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Slovenia or Spain.
The training is free of charge, travel and accommodation are covered up to the activity asigned budget, thanks to the support of the Erasmus+ programme.
The training will be from 16th to 20th inclusive. Travelling dates are 15th and 21st.
The participants of the ToT will also be expected to participate in the WP4 activities in their countries by supporting the facilitation of local trainings and workshops with the marginalized/vulnerable youth.

Selection criteria
Adequate professional profile (educators/ social workers/ trainers that work with vulnerable youth, circus trainers)
Specific experience working with vulnerable youth
Age 18+ years
Living in project partner countries (Greece, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Poland)
The training will be in English so good communication skills are required (B2)
The participant’s commitment to the project, during earlier phases (research), and their potential to collaborate in later phases (WP4) will be taken into account
