UnityFusion project combines local and international engagement, empowering communities through relevant educational tools.
Specifically, the project seeks to achieve the following objectives:
1. Establish meaningful cooperation between V4 and Western African countries.
2. Enhance hard and soft skills through formal and non-formal education.
3. Promote mutual knowledge exchange - not top-down training.
4. Support leadership development, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.
5. Implement practical, community-based local impact initiatives.
The UnityFusion project combines two international mobilities: Case-Based Learning Summit (Fonyód, Hungary) 21-26 September 2025 and International Networking Conference (Senica, Slovakia) 26 September - 1 October 2025. These events will be followed by Local Impact Initiatives in each participating country, based on the knowledge and experience gained during the international activities.
Methodology: a combination of formal and non-formal educational tools, with a strong emphasis on real-world application through problem-based and case-based learning methods.
Background of participants: representatives of CSO organisations, trainers, project managers and coordinators of EU programmes.
Daily schedule: four working sessions per day, with regular meals and breaks, supplemented by occasional evening activities.

Founded in 2012 and based in Budapest, the Institute for Cultural Relations Policy (ICRP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering intercultural dialogue, promoting international human rights, and recognising cultural diversity. The ICRP actively supports youth development through extensive participation in Erasmus+ projects, organising trainings, workshops, and an internationally recognised Internship Programme. It combines local actions with international initiatives to empower young people, while also hosting conferences, publishing research, and facilitating dialogue on global cultural relations and human rights. The organisation has a broad international presence with offices across Europe, Asia, and Africa, and is a founding member of the International Alliance for Cultural Relations.
