Call for 8 Harvesters of the European Youth Conference

The EU Youth Conference during the Lithuanian Presidency will take place from 8 to 11 March 2027 in Vilnius. The conference is an integral part of the consultation, bringing together young people from across Europe and EU candidate countries to discuss how to implement Youth Goal #4 at the European level. For two and a half days, delegations of young people and policymakers from more than 40 countries will work together to develop evidence-based recommendations for youth policymakers. Experts and decision-makers will be invited to provide input on the topic and support this process. The outcomes of the EUYC will feed into Council documents.

Each working group will work with one facilitator and one harvester. Harvesters will be responsible for documenting the discussions, input, and outcomes of the working groups through note-taking and digital tools. Facilitators and harvesters will work as a team and collaborate with researchers and EUYC organizers to provide input for EUYC documents.
