Building Quality Partnerships among organisations from programme and neighbouring partner countries

Partnership-building Activity

10-14 June 2024 | Rabat (tbc), Morocco

This PBA aims at bringing together organisations from programme countries and the neighbouring partner countries wishing to work together to develop quality partnerships and think about possible projects under European youth programmes.

This Partnership Building Activity aims at gathering organisations from programme countries and the neighbouring partner countries in order to work on “Quality partnership” within Erasmus+ youth chapter and European Solidarity Corps programmes.  

It will bring together around 60 participants from organisations in the programme countries and neighbouring partner countries and it will focus on “Quality Partnership” in the framework of the cooperation with partner countries in the field of EU youth programmes. The activity will include sessions on how to build Quality Partnerships, sharing spaces for story-telling, success & challenges but also best practices and needs of the participants.  

This PBA will take place from Monday, 10 June (day of arrival) to Friday, 14 June (day of departure) in Morocco. 

For the selected candidates, there will be an online onboarding session on the 27th of May 2024 from 4 PM CEST to 6 PM CEST and an online follow-up session on the 9th of September 2024 from 4 PM CEST to 6 PM CEST. 

Objectives:

  • Provide space to discuss and share best practices on building and implementing partnerships & implementing quality partnerships; 
  • Give the opportunity to organisations from programme countries & the regions to meet and address their needs;
  • Present the opportunities offered both by Erasmus+ Youth & Sport and the European Solidarity Corps Programmes;
  • Develop projects’ ideas and receive feedback from peers & team.

 Target group:

  • Organisations with previous experience in EU Youth programmes;
  • Organisations willing to work on & develop quality partnerships within E+ youth chapter and ESC;
  • Organisations looking for new partners to develop projects in EU Youth Programmes.

Profile of participants:

  • Informed representatives of organisations having past experience of implemented projects either in European Solidarity Corps and/or Erasmus+ Youth & Sport Programmes;
  • With a mandate from their organisations to start developing cooperation projects;
  • From organisations that are motivated & willing to develop partnerships;

This Partnership Building Activity is organised in the framework of the Strategic National Agencies’ Cooperation “Beyond Borders”. The aim of the Long-Term Activity is to promote & develop cooperation with neighbouring partner countries : https://beyondb.eu/. This activity aims at gathering organisations from programme countries and the neighbouring partner countries in order to work on “Quality partnership” within programmes: the programmes: Erasmus+ youth chapter and European Solidarity Corps.

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
