Building Cohesive Societies Together

Objectives:

The specific objectives of the training will be as follow;

• To promote the benefits of a multicultural society and the fundamental / universal rights,
• To improve the building cohesive environment process of migrants / refugees through the activities undertaken by the youth workers in each local community,
• To share useful, new tools and methodologies to contribute to the formation of cohesive societies in Europe
• To encourage the development of solid partnerships during the training course, among the  youth workers in order to implement high quality Erasmus + projects.

Metodology

Training will be delivered by experienced trainer(s) from the field and the methodologies will be designed in a way to support the users to develop opportunities for participants aiming for their social inclusion, opportunities that are:

Educative

Enabling participants to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to identify, advocate and pursue their rights and responsibilities as individuals and as members of groups and communities locally, nationally and internationally.

Participative

Through an interactive relationship with their participants in which they are partners in the learning process and decision making structures which affect their own and other young people's lives, and their environment.

Empowering

Supporting their participants to understand and act on the personal, social and political issues which affect their lives, the lives of others and the communities of which they are a part.
