Partnership-building Activity
10-16 August 2026 | Porto Resort, Lilaste, Latvia
"Building Bridges for Gender-Based Violence Prevention in Youth" is a Partnership Building Activity (PBA) organised under the Erasmus+ Accreditation framework by the MARTA Centre (Latvia).
The activity will bring together organisations from across Europe working in the field of youth work and non-formal learning on topics related to gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, gender equality, comprehensive sexuality education, and the creation of safe and inclusive environments for young people.
The PBA is intended for representatives of NGOs and other organisations working with young people, youth workers, youth educators, teachers, trainers, and other youth professionals. It is particularly relevant for organisations that use non-formal education approaches and are interested in strengthening their international cooperation.
The main aim of the activity is to create opportunities for organisations to get to know each other's work, exchange experiences and good practices, explore common challenges, and develop future Erasmus+ cooperation. Special attention will be devoted to networking and partnership-building, with dedicated sessions for generating project ideas and establishing concrete plans for future collaboration.
We are looking for organisations that are actively engaged in youth work and are motivated to contribute to and benefit from an international network working towards the prevention of gender-based violence and the promotion of gender equality among young people!
