Boosting Youth Work & Local Action

Training Course

25 November - 2 December 2025 | Manerba d/g, Italy, Italy

This six-day training course aims to strengthen youth work and educational practices across Europe.

This six-day training course aims to strengthen youth work and educational practices across Europe.
In today’s fast-changing social and digital landscape, young people face growing challenges in finding inclusive, innovative, and meaningful opportunities for participation. Traditional systems of education and civic engagement often fail to fully address these needs, leaving gaps in skills, motivation, and opportunities for active involvement.

The activity will bring together youth workers from different European countries to exchange experiences, explore non-formal learning methodologies, and develop new approaches that bridge intercultural, intergenerational, and social divides. Through collaborative learning, practical workshops, and creative tools, participants will be empowered to design and implement concrete actions within their local communities, contributing to the broader goals of democratic participation, digital inclusion, and social cohesion.

Who can participate:
Three youth workers per organization — such as volunteers, educators, or facilitators actively involved in supporting and empowering young people.
Countries involved: Germany, Latvia, Poland, Austria, Romania, Spain, Turkey, and Italy.
Age: 18+

Deadline for applications:
Enrollment is open until places are filled and no later than 8 November 2025.

At the end of the course:
Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate, officially recognized at the European level, which validates the competences acquired and adds value to their professional development.
