Boosting Life and Employment Satisfaction

Training Course

17-26 July 2023 | Overloon, Netherlands

People and especially immigrant youth have huge challenges to achieve job and life satisfaction in the EU. Integration, multiculturalism and inclusion have become more important topics then ever before with growing numbers of immigrants coming to Europe.

Goal of the project: When the youth workers have achieved the objectives of this project they are better capable of understanding themselves in order to balance everything what they need with what they want to do within employment and their life.
When they have a better understanding of themselves and how to deal with pressures in their lives, they are more capable of delivering important employment & life skills to the immigrant youth they are working with, contributing to satisfied employment and well-being.

Objectives: equip youth workers with the following competences that will be transferred onto immigrant youth;
1. Learning and dealing with personal external and internal pressures as part of understanding inner self
2. Building self-confidence (emotionally and socially) through activities that are out of the comfort zone
3. Matching self development with love; identifying the steps to social entrepreneurship (balance Have to do's
with Love to do's in life)
4. Entrepreneurial skills and characteristics that are necessary to create a change in behavior
5. Participants will create and deliver their own sessions (based on real life immigrant situations) for a Dutch
immigrant youth group
6. Participants will disseminate the results of the E+ project during and after the TC
