Identitäten sind im Fluss und von gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen geprägt. Zahlreiche progressive Debatten zu Genderidentitäten und #metoo über Zugehörigkeit und #blacklivesmatter beeinflussen die Rahmenbedingungen des Erwachsenwerdens heutzutage genauso wie die gesellschaftliche Polarisierung oder das Fortschreiten der Digitalisierung. Jugendliche müssen eigene Wege finden mit Widersprüchen umzugehen, um ihre Identität mit allen Facetten ausbilden zu können.
Good news: junge Menschen sind dabei nicht alleine. Identitätsentwicklung ist eine der zentralen Wirkungen der Offenen Jugendarbeit. Fachkräfte haben Expertise in der Schaffung von Experimentierräumen und Freiräumen, die das jugendliche Ausprobieren von Rollen und Identitäten fördern und ermöglichen.
Heuer wollen wir uns im Rahmen der 16. bOJA-Fachtagung diesem Grundlagenthema der OJA widmen und mit frischem Blick einer Bestandsaufnahme unterziehen.
- Sind unsere Methoden und Ansätze zur Förderung der Identitätsentwicklung aktuell?
- Beziehen sie gesellschaftliche Trends mit ein und was brauchen Jugendliche heute, um zu sich selbst und ihrem Platz in der Gesellschaft zu finden?

Costs
Participation fee
This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.
Accommodation and food
The Hosting NA and its local partner will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.
Travel reimbursement
Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
