Training Course
21-28 October 2026 | Lousã, Portugal
As Youth Workers, we are in constant contact with people, taking care of their needs, feelings, and emotions. But at some moment we need to be aware of our own needs, our boundaries, and how to take care of ourselves to better give to others. Fulfill our capacity to give better to others. This project aims to equip professionals to be more aware of their needs, feelings, and emotions in order to take care of themselves and give to others. This training course also aims to equip youth workers with essential skills to better support and engage with young people.
