Learn how to prepare engaging, inclusive, and vibrant spaces for deeper theatre practice, use theatre as a tool for dialogue and transformation, and take your theatre experiences to the next level with expert-led workshops.

Blended Theatre Workshops Masterclass invites youth workers, youth leaders, educators who are willing to incorporate theatre into their online and offline teaching practice. This comprehensive 3-day workshop is perfect for educators who want to enhance their theatrical skills and create powerful experiences for their target groups.

The trainng is aimed at participants from The Netherlands and other EU Program Countries and Partner Countries. Age: 18+


The blended format allows for a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning, creating a flexible and accessible learning experience. The blended format is particularly beneficial for fostering inclusion and working with youth from diverse cultural backgrounds. Participants can engage in discussions and activities that explore different perspectives and experiences, building empathy and understanding. Additionally, the blended format allows participants to work at their own pace and engage in different learning modalities, catering to different learning styles.

Blended Theatre Workshops Masterclass will delve into the importance of creating spaces that engage and inspire. Through the workshops, you will learn how to design physical and emotional spaces that allow for meaningful exploration and expression. With this approach you will learn to encourage your workshop participants feel comfortable and safe, fostering a sense of belonging and community.

27 July 19:00-21:00 CET

The first day of the workshop will focus on preparing the space for deeper theatre practice. Participants will learn how to create engaging, inclusive, and vibrant spaces that allow for meaningful exploration and expression. This workshop will also provide practical tips on how to set up the space, manage logistics, and ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe.

28 July 19:00-21:00 CET

The second day of the workshop will explore how to use theatre as a tool for dialogue and transformation. Participants will learn how to take their students on a journey of self-discovery and growth, using theatrical techniques to encourage reflection, empathy, and personal development. This workshop will also provide tips on how to facilitate discussions and handle sensitive topics.

29 July 19:00-21:00 CET

Finally, the workshop will conclude with a session on ways to close theatre experiences and take them to the next level. Participants will learn how to wrap up performances and activities in a way that feels satisfying and meaningful, creating a lasting impact on their students.

Certificates: Since in pprevious edition so many asked us, we consider an opportunity to give a certificate, for this you will not only have to attend the course, but also:

- submit a workshop plan for activities according to the structure taught in the training;

- attend a 30 min call with one of our colleagues to check your knowledge and talk about your journey as a trainer with the method you learned;

After you pass thoe stages we can give you a certificate of participation and completion of the course.
