THE VISION
In an increasingly digital world, many of us experience a growing distance from our bodies, from others, and from the natural environment. We tend to live “from the neck up”, losing depth, presence, and the ability to truly connect.

Biowire is an Erasmus+ project developed by Terre de Nuages (France) and Brave New Soul (Italy).

It explores how we can reconnect our mind, body, and emotional life, while engaging with the realities of the contemporary world in a conscious way.

Rather than opposing technology, the project uses it in a supportive and minimal way, to deepen reflection and awareness without replacing human experience.

THE JOURNEY: THREE LENSES OF CONNECTION

The training is a laboratory for exploring how we relate, communicate, and navigate difference, especially in situations of tension, conflict, or diversity of perspectives.

We will investigate this through three interconnected lenses:

Somatic & Physical

Using body based activities such as Movement, Somatics, Contact Improvisation and playfight to explore movement together and against each other, boundaries, resistance, and the embodied dynamics of cooperation and power.

Emotional & Relational

Developing emotional awareness to recognize reactions, remain present in challenging interactions, and meet conflict differently.

Creative & Reflective

Using theatre improvisation to expand our range of responses, explore different roles and perspectives, and approach complexity with creativity and flexibility.
