Training Course
23-31 August 2025 | Vinci, Italy
This training course is designed to equip youth workers and educators with innovative methods for using autobiography as a transformative tool in their professional practice. By harnessing the power of personal narrative, participants will explore how life stories can be used to support young people in building resilience, fostering self-awareness, and enhancing self-expression.
Autobiographical storytelling is more than just sharing personal experiences—it is a process of reflection, recognition, and empowerment. Through guided activities and experiential learning, youth workers will learn how to help young people identify patterns in their lives, recognize personal strengths, and reconstruct their stories in ways that promote growth, healing, and inclusion.
Participants will gain hands-on experience with a variety of creative and practical tools, including:
Please take note: Prior to attending, carefully review the information provided and ensure you are genuinely open to sharing about yourself and engaging with emotional topics.
Additionally, we extend a warm welcome to those who can commit to treating the entire training period as a personal retreat, totally immersing themselves in the setting alongside fellow participants.
