Beat Procrastination and Master Your Time - Valencia, Spain

Training Course

21-25 September 2026 | Valencia, Spain

The training course brings together young people from across Europe to explore the causes of procrastination and develop practical strategies for improving productivity, self discipline and time management.

Through engaging non formal education methods, participants discover how small daily habits and digital distractions influence their ability to reach personal, academic and professional goals. Throughout the training, participants take part in interactive workshops, simulations, role plays, team challenges and practical activities focused on goal setting, effective planning, motivation and overcoming procrastination. By the end, participants leave with practical tools, greater self awareness and an international network that inspires them to make better use of their most valuable resource: time.

What You Will Gain

⏱️ Overcome procrastination: learn practical tools to manage your time better.

️ Improve your English: practise the language in a real international setting.

Networking: meet new people and discover how amazing Erasmus projects work.

The Project Behind It: Time Tamer

This training is part of Time Tamer, a 15 month Erasmus+ project (1 September 2025 to 30 November 2026) under the Small scale partnerships in youth action (KA210-YOU), with a total budget of 60,000.00 €. The project aims to:

Raise awareness of procrastination among youth workers, participants and people with time management difficulties.

️ Build partner organisations' capacity to address procrastination and support young people in overcoming this habit.

Equip youth workers and trainers with more knowledge and skills to combat procrastination.

Develop digital resources such as a VIDEOBANK and ONLINE trainings to help young people identify and overcome procrastination.

Develop a manual on procrastination and ensure its distribution to young people who do not have easy access to the internet.

⚡ Promote a culture of self discipline and personal responsibility among young people.

Two of the project's tangible results are a VideoBank of 20 educational videos on procrastination, offering valuable insights and practical strategies for youth workers and young people, and a written Multilingual Manual that transforms the content of those 20 videos into a structured, accessible resource, available in English and in the partners' languages (Polish, Greek, Spanish and Turkish).

The Consortium

Time Tamer brings together experts in international project management, time management, psychology and non formal education:

Fundacja Fenomen (Poland), coordinator, dedicated to personal development, youth empowerment and educational innovation, organising workshops, training sessions and educational programmes to improve skills such as time management, productivity and self motivation.
