WHY?
The BEACTIVE CONTACT MEETING is an event organised by the Romanian Ministry of Sport, in partnership with the Romanian National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Vocational Training in charge of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, as a part of the project Romania BeActive, financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program.
The call for participants is open to all the stakeholders that want to develop European projects in the field of sport, create networks and collect good practices from the implementation of the European Week of Sport. This will be a key element for the development of future European projects in the field of sports/sports events.
30 participants will participate in this event, to create networks and collect good practices from the implementation of the European Week of Sport. Thus, the participants of this seminar will widen their network of European contacts and obtain new connections for international collaboration on the topics covered.

The event will take place in Bucharest, Romania, from the 13 to the 14 of July, the 13th being a full working day, while the 14th being a half working day. Travel days are the 12th of July and the 14th of July, after lunch (2 pm).

Romanian NA for E+ and ESC (National Agency)
Over the last 25 years, the Romanian National Agency focused on promoting and supporting learning and solidarity as the main tool for change at local, national and European level, with a strong added value in youth sectors. At present, the NA works on identifying and connecting the needs of current beneficiaries to the future format of the European programs (be it Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps or others).

Transport, accommodation and meals costs will be covered by the Romania BeActive project, carried out by the Romanian Ministry of Sport (Project title: 101101312 — ROACTIVE — ERASMUS-SPORT-2022-DWS1-NE-IBA-2 - EUROPEAN WEEK OF SPORTS). No other fee will be charged.
The Ministry of Sport will organise the accommodation and meals, and the flight/bus/train/car expenses will be reimbursed based on the travel documents provided by the participants within 60-90 days after the event.
The event will take place in Bucharest, Romania, from the 13 to the 14 of July, the 13th being a full working day, while the 14th being a half working day. Travel days are the 12th of July and the 14th of July, after lunch (2 pm). Accommodation expenses will be provided for 2 nights (12 to 14 of July), in single rooms.
Meal expenses for participants will be provided, 3 meals/ full day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Providing an alternative menu (vegetarian, dietary, etc.) will be possible.
For road transport, the participants' travel to the event location will be settled, a maximum of 7.50l/100 km for the distance travelled from the place of residence of the participants to the location of the event, round trip. For rail transport, the reimbursement will be made according to the travel expenses for the return ticket, in economy class. The maximum budget for transport/participant is about 180 euros which will be reimbursed based on the travel documents provided by the participants.
