Balance makers LAB - exchanging tools for wellbeing

Training Course

30 April - 7 May 2026 | Dom Sokolik, Trzcińsko, Poland

A training activity focused on well-being, self-awareness and practical tools participants can use in daily life, youth work and group settings.

This activity focuses on well-being as a personal and collective practice.

Participants will explore practical tools and methods that support emotional balance, self-awareness, stress management, healthy communication and mindful everyday habits.

The activity creates a learning space for sharing experiences, reflecting on personal and professional approaches to well-being, and exchanging non-formal education methods that can be used in youth work and group environments.

Through workshops, discussions, reflection, and interactive sessions, participants will strengthen their understanding of well-being and leave with concrete ideas they can adapt in their own context.

Participant Profile

  • Have experience working with young people or strong motivation to start
  • Speak English at a communicative level
  • Be able to work and create in a team

Even though the project deals with mental health-related topics, it is not group therapy and it’s not meant to solve personal issues. If that’s your expectation, it might not be the right project for you. This is a training course where we exchange tools, methods, and experiences — the facilitators are not therapists.
