ATOQ - Advanced Training on Quality

The training course is developed for voluntary as well as professional/full-time youth workers dealing directly with young people. Applicants should have organised and/or participated as a team-member in at least one international youth exchange and plan to organise a new one. Participants should be at least 18 years old. Aims and objectives: - to evaluate, in an individual and collective approach, the youth workers'previous international youth exchange experience and its impact on participants - to reflect on the content of a youth exchange (how to develop a theme as a tool for intercultural learning? How to promote the active participation of young people during and after the exchange? How to include evaluation and follow-up in a youth exchange?) - to deepen knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to better organise a youth exchange ATOQ can also provide: - training on the major priorities of the Youth in Action Programme (anti-racism, risk prevention and crisis management, inclusion,...) - an opportunity to meet possible partner groups The ATOQ TC is built on the past experience of participants and is interspersed with workshops, info-sessions, activities to improve group dynamics and ends with an evaluation
