Atomic Collaboration: Building Blocks for KA2 Projects

The seminar aims to create a collaborative space for youth workers and organizations to enhance their understanding of EU policies and the Erasmus Key Action 2 framework, fostering collaboration and developing projects that achieve the EU Youth Goals.

GOAL

The aim of the seminar is to create a collaborative space for youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers, and staff of youth organizations in order to enhance understanding of EU policies and the Erasmus Key Action 2 framework, fostering collaboration and the development of projects that contribute to achieving the EU Youth Goals.

OBJECTIVES

  • Provide the opportunity for 20 youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, and staff to exchange ideas, best practices, and local realities in order to connect and build professional relationships in the field of youth work;
  • Increase participants' understanding of relevant EU policies and the Erasmus KA2 framework, including brainstorming, planning, and designing projects that align with the EU Youth Goals;
  • Establish channels and support groups for continuous feedback and improvement of youth project applications, aiming to submit at least three project applications by the next deadline.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Increased understanding of EU policies in the Youth field;
  • Improved knowledge of the Erasmus Key Action 2 framework;
  • Learn about the types of projects and partnerships that can be developed under KA2;
  • Set up the basis for networks and partnerships and draft KA2 project applications;
  • Enhanced understanding of navigating the application process for Erasmus KA2 funding;
  • Exchange good practices and ideas with fellow professionals active in the youth field.

TARGET GROUP

The target group for this activity includes youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers, and staff of youth organizations who are eager to learn about EU policies and the Erasmus Key Action 2 (KA2) framework. Participants should be interested in building new cooperative relationships and developing KA2 projects within the seminar.

The minimum age requirement for participation is 18 years, and participants must have at least a B2 level of English proficiency.

The total number of participants is 21.

Participation fee

No participation fee is required.

Accommodation and food

Costs for accommodation and food are covered by the Erasmus+ Programme.

Travel reimbursement

The selected participants' travel costs will be covered by the coordinator.  After being selected, you will be contacted to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
