Art Well

“Art Well - International Training on Art-Based Self-Care and Well-Being” is an
international mobility of youth workers implemented within the framework of
the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project “Art Well”.

This training brings together youth workers from Austria, Czech Republic,
Ukraine and Hungary to explore and exchange art-based approaches that
support self-care, mental well-being, and inclusive youth work practice.

Through a structured programme combining non-formal learning, experiential
activities, and professional reflection, the training aims to strengthen
participants’ competences and equip them with practical methods applicable in
diverse youth work contexts.

This training focuses on using art as a tool for self-care, well-being, and
inclusion in youth work practice.

The training aims to:

• support youth workers’ own mental well-being and resilience,
• provide practical, transferable art-based methods for working with young
• people,
• strengthen participants’ confidence in facilitating creative processes
• responsibly,
• bridge research, local practice, and international knowledge exchange.
