Art, Emotions and Environmental Engagement – “Art Eco Soc” Erasmus+ Webinar

Conference – Symposium - Forum

26 March 2026 | Online, Italy

A bilingual (FR–IT) Erasmus+ webinar presenting the "Art Eco Soc" methodology to observe the emotional and educational impact of artistic proposals related to environmental themes.

This bilingual French–Italian webinar presents the results of the Erasmus+ project "Art Eco Soc", which developed and tested a practical methodology to observe the emotional and pedagogical impact of artistic proposals addressing environmental issues.

The session will explore how artistic experiences can foster emotional resonance, environmental awareness and willingness to act.

Participants will discover:

  • Why evaluating the impact of art-based environmental education matters
  • The methodological toolkit developed and tested in France and Italy
  • Key findings from pilot festivals
  • Lessons learned from interdisciplinary collaboration
  • How artists, cultural organisers, and educators can apply the toolkit in their own contexts.

The webinar is targeted at:

  • Artists and artistic collectives
  • Festival organisers and cultural programmers
  • Cultural and environmental mediators
  • Adult education providers
  • Organisations working at the intersection of art, environment, and social engagement.
