Alternative interventions for Youth

Training Course

23 June - 1 July 2026 | Oulx, Italy

“Alternative Interventions for Youth” is an Erasmus+ KA153 training (23 Jun–1 Jul 2026, Oulx, Italy) for 18 youth workers to build social-emotional skills using SEL, NVC, mindfulness and yoga to manage stress and conflict.

“Alternative Interventions for Youth” is an Erasmus+ (KA153) training course organised by WeSound APS, taking place in Chateau Beaulard (Oulx, Italy) from 23 June to 1 July 2026.

The project was created to address a growing need in youth work and education: to strengthen social-emotional skills and emotional intelligence, often overlooked in formal learning, and to offer practical alternatives to stress, conflict and burnout in educational settings.

The course will bring together 18 youth workers from Spain, Romania, Portugal, Greece, France and Italy.

Through non-formal education, participants will explore tools such as Social-Emotional Learning, non-violent communication, mindfulness and yoga, focusing on emotional self-regulation, active listening, empathy and conflict transformation, so they can bring healthier, more respectful and supportive approaches back into their daily work with young people
