Alive to Thrive: Digital Partners Fair to make Erasmus+ collaboration come alive

Partnership-building Activity

19 February 2026 | Online - Whereby, Denmark

Join the Alive to Thrive 2026 Partners Fair – an online marketplace to connect, showcase wellbeing projects, and spark new Erasmus+ collaborations with youth, organisations, and decision makers.

We’ve been dreaming about how to wrap up the Feelin’ Alive project in a way that feels true to its spirit. We want to host something more alive, more participatory, more Erasmus+.

So here’s our invitation for you:

Join our online Partners Fair – a digital marketplace where organisations, youth workers, young people, and decision makers can meet, share, and spark new collaborations in Erasmus+ and beyond.

Here’s how you can join:

  • Host a booth and pitch your initiative or passion
  • Join as a participant to explore, connect, and contribute
  • Help shape the next wave of wellbeing projects in Erasmus+

What makes this event come alive?

  • Organsiations are invited to set up a corner/booth (breakout room) to showcase their wellbeing initiatives, tools, or upcoming projects. Project managers, young leaders, or other Erasmus+ participants have their own assigned space to talk about their ideas, visions, or tools used and developed in their project.
  • Participants wander freely between spaces, discover ideas, connect with others, and celebrate how our community comes together to enhance and promote youth wellbeing and mental health and our daily lives and work.
  • It’s less about pitching or presenting results, more about co-creating next steps together.

When is it?

Thursday 19th of February at 10.00-12.00 CET – right when Erasmus+ applications and partnerships are on everyone’s mind (spring deadline: March 5).

Why this format?

Because it’s:

  • Inclusive: whether you’re a young person who can’t travel or skip studies, or a busy youth worker, freelancer, or decision maker, you can still join the 2-hour online event. We will also provide recordings and resources that live on after the event.
  • Collaborative: tools like Whereby, Padlet, and Miro will help us co-create, including a shared Wellbeing Wall for future project ideas or dreams.
  • Interactive: You’re thinking “Oh, another online event...” But wait! We’re adding some sparks and opportunities to make the sessions truly engaging.

We’re exploring:

  • Potential new Erasmus+ partnerships
  • Digital care packages for participants
  • A Wellbeing Initiative Recognition to celebrate the best ideas or initiatives
  • Youth ambassadors to spread the word in their networks

While this is one of our closing events of the Feelin’ Alive project, our Partners Fair will be more of a living space for future collaboration, where organisations, young people, and decision makers meet side by side, and where something lasting can be created together. And we can only make that happen with your participation!
