”AI Youth Work Navigator” Online Conference 28/10/2026 10:00 CET

Conference – Symposium - Forum

28 October 2026 | Cyprus

Join the AI Youth Work Navigator online conference on 28 October 2026. Explore AI tools for youth work, discover practical resources and exchange good practices with youth workers, trainers and youth information professionals.

The AI Youth Work Navigator Online Final Conference brings together youth professionals to explore how artificial intelligence can support youth information and youth work. Organised by ERYICA, it offers a shorter online version of the project’s final conference in Brussels, combining expert input, practical resources and opportunities for exchange.

The activity is aimed at people working or volunteering in non-formal learning and youth work, including youth workers, youth information professionals, trainers, facilitators and staff from youth organisations. Both newcomers to AI and professionals already using AI tools are welcome.

The programme includes:

  • A keynote on “Cognitive Offloading: What Should Humans Do?”, exploring the delegation of mental tasks to technology.
  • A discussion of AI’s impact on youth information and youth work.
  • A showcase of the AI Youth Work Navigator project’s journey, results and practical resources.
  • An introduction to future projects and initiatives.
  • An “AI Coffee Break” for exchanging good practices and networking with youth professionals from across Europe.

Over the past two years, DOREA Educational Institute and its project partners have researched, tested and evaluated AI tools relevant to youth work. The project has developed practical resources and an online platform to help youth professionals explore these tools. DOREA has also developed video tutorials demonstrating selected AI tools and their potential applications in youth information work.

Participants are encouraged to share examples from their own practice, ask questions and reflect on how AI could support their work with young people. Those who prefer to listen and learn from others are equally welcome.
