Ready to join AI Compass for Youth Workers?
We’re excited to invite you to The AI Compass for Youth Workers, an Erasmus+ international training program taking place in Cantabria (North of Spain) at PAS Coliving (Villegar).

Departure day: 21 April 2026
What is it about?
Over 5 days in Spain, youth workers will explore AI concepts, ethical considerations, and practical applications of AI in youth work through interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, and non-formal learning methodologies.
The training supports participants to turn ideas into actionable AI-powered initiatives and build a network for continued collaboration.
Empowering youth workers as changemakers, giving them the resources and skills to navigate AI responsibly and inclusively while making a real impact on young communities.
Who can apply?
Eligible countries (partner countries)
Participants can apply if they are based in: Finland, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and Spain.
(We expect 2 participants per country, total 22 participants).
What’s included?
