The Fourth DigiSkill Online Courses for Mastering Digital Project Management focused on Agile Project Management and Scrum is on! We will talk about agile project management principles and the Scrum framework, providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills for managing projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

When: Every Thursday for 4 weeks at 13:00 CEST (September 3, 10, 17 and 24)
Educator: Armin Cerkez
Armin Cerkez is a youth worker, trainer and project manager with extensive experience in Erasmus+ and international cooperation projects. He specializes in project management, digital collaboration, non-formal education and youth participation. Through his practical experience coordinating international initiatives and working with multicultural teams, Armin helps participants develop agile thinking, effective teamwork and modern project management skills applicable in today's digital work environment.
Every Thursday for 4 weeks, participants will join interactive 90-minute live sessions covering:
-Sprint Planning
-User Stories
-Product & Sprint Backlogs
-Scrum Roles and Responsibilities
-Scrum Ceremonies & Artifacts
DigiSkill is an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to bridging the digital gap in the youth and professional sectors. The project focuses on equipping young leaders and organizations with the essential digital competencies, innovative tools, and strategic mindsets required to thrive in a digital-first world.
This project is a collaborative effort between partners across Europe and Africa, bringing together expertise from: ���� Sweden | ���� Portugal | ���� Czechia | ���� Uganda | ���� Nigeria | ���� Ghana
Upon successful completion of the training, all participants will receive an official certificate to recognize their achievement.
