ABC: Apply, Build, Change

Training Course

24 January - 1 February 2026 | Tallinn, Estonia

"ABC: Apply, Build, Change" is an international training course focused on inclusion and project development within the Erasmus+ programme. TC will be in Russian.

The training aims to support youth workers, educators, trainers, and youth NGO representatives who work with diverse and mixed-level groups or are starting their inclusive journey. During the course, participants will explore the concept and principles of social inclusion, learn how to design and write Erasmus+ project applications, and understand key aspects of planning and implementing projects for heterogeneous groups. The training combines theoretical input with practical tasks, group work, simulations, and reflection based on non-formal education methods.

The course is designed as a step-by-step learning process where participants move from understanding inclusion to developing concrete project ideas that can be implemented in their local communities.

Objectives of the training:

The main objective of the training is to develop participants’ practical skills in designing, writing, and implementing inclusive projects for diverse target groups within the Erasmus+ programme.

By the end of the training, participants will:

  • become familiar with Erasmus+ formats such as youth exchanges and training courses;
  • understand the concept and core principles of social inclusion;
  • learn the basic algorithm of preparing an Erasmus+ project application;
  • gain knowledge about organising and delivering projects for mixed and diverse groups.

Target group - the training is aimed at:

  • youth workers and youth NGO representatives;
  • educators, teachers, trainers, and facilitators;
  • motivated professionals working with diverse groups or interested in inclusion;
  • participants who already have a project idea or are ready to develop one together with others.

Methodology:

The training is based on non-formal education principles and includes interactive methods such as group work, discussions, simulations, creative tasks, reflection sessions, and practical project work. Participants are actively involved in the learning process and encouraged to share their experience and perspectives.

Practical information:

Participants are expected to take part in all activities and to organise a follow-up activity in their local community after the training.
