Why "A bee's journey"?
In Youth Work, both on a local and international level we constantly need to discover new methods, take inspiration from the other educators' work and create something new that is adapted to our context and target group. With this project we want to create a community of "bees" ready to get inspired from different sources and create together.
What do we mean with "gender-related topics"? Gender and...rights, norms, stereotypes, sexuality, empowerment, identities, education, society, etc. The topic is very broad!
This training course wants to bring together 23 youth workers that want to tackle a gender-related topic in their educational activities. The main aim is to create the time, the space and a suitable framework to work on these educational tools within an international community of trainer/educators.
During this 7 days activity we will:
- work on gender-related topics in the frame of youth work
- visit different initiatives in Marselle
- create non formal education tools that tackle a gender-related topic
- practice the tools and share feedbacks within peers
- organise a local event to disseminate the tools
- assess our learning and plan multiplying activities in each local context

Travel reimbursement
According to the distance:
10-99 km = 23 euros
100-499 km = 180 euros or 210 euros if green travel
500-1999 km = 275 euros or 320 euros if green travel
2000 - 2999 km = 360 euros or 410 euros if green travel
