You(th) in the centre of Youth Exchanges

This is a 6-day training course that will bring together Youth Exchanges' organisers, youth leaders and young people. The aim is to explore, understand and enhance the necessary competencies in order to realise meaningful Youth Exchanges where young people are actively involved in all processes and stages of a project. The training relies on setting the basis of quality in youth exchanges. It will also provide the space to develop concrete project ideas among quality partnerships, targeting at submitting application proposals for the coming Erasmus + Youth in Action deadlines. The learning objectives and expected outcomes include: - The development of key competencies, soft skills and acquirement of tools that are necessary throughout the Youth Exchange project stages in order to achieve quality. - The empowerment of young people and their active participation that leads to projects developed by them, from A to Z. - The exploration and promotion of the possibilities of Erasmus + Youth in Action. - The creation of partnerships among participants with the optimal aim to submit concrete Youth Exchanges proposals in future Erasmus + Youth in Action deadlines.
