This TCA event will explore how sport and physical activity can be used in youth work to foster common values and active citizenship.

Overview

This TCA event will explore how sport and physical activity can be used in youth work to foster common values and active citizenship. The event will bring together youth workers, NGOs, sports clubs, municipalities, and Erasmus+ beneficiaries to exchange good practices, build partnerships, and co-create new initiatives where sport acts as a bridge for young people.

Target group: Youth workers and trainers active in non-formal education, Youth coaches, Sport Practitioners, NGOs and youth organizations using sport as a tool for youth participation, Grassroots sports clubs and associations working with young people, Municipalities and local authorities supporting youth and sport initiatives

IMPORTANT LOGISTICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL DETAILS

  • All meals are covered by the event organizers.
  • Overnight stays for international participants and those outside of Sofia will be fully covered.
  • We do not cover overnight stays for participants from Sofia
  • We do not cover transportation costs for participants from Bulgaria
  • Transportation costs of international participants is covered by the respective national agency

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

The hosting NA of this offer will organize the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
