AIM
The aim of this seminar is to facilitate experience-sharing and partnership building among accredited organisations implementing projects under accreditation.
OBJECTIVES
To create a space for sharing experiences and best practices in managing projects under the accreditation
To facilitate partnership building among the accredited organisations
To map the current needs of the accredited organisations
To identify the types of support required by the accredited organisation to ensure effective project implementation (also from the NA).
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
Participants in this event are representatives of accredited organisations who manage projects under Erasmus accreditation in the field of youth: youth workers, trainers, project managers, international cooperation coordinators.
We would like to create a space for organisations to exchange practices, discuss challenges and needs in managing accreditation, and share insights. This activity will support the formation of reliable partnerships, provide insights into different international youth work practices and create space for dialogue between organisations.
The seminar will take place in Malmö, Sweden. It is organised and implemented by the Swedish National Agency in collaboration with the Estonian National Agency.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The working language will be (international) English. Your English does not have to be perfect, but you need to be able to follow presentations and have discussions in English.
OUTLINE OF THE ACTIVITY
A detailed program will be shared with selected participants before their arrival.
A draft agenda is attached at the end of this call.
Composition of the team
The activity is organized and implemented by staff member from the Swedish National Agency in colleborations. The participants will be guided through the activity by two experienced facilitators.
