Understanding AI for Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship
Aim of the Seminar
This Youth@Work Seminar aims to support youth workers and educators in understanding Artificial Intelligence and its impact on youth employability, while strengthening their capacity to use AI responsibly, ethically and meaningfully in youth work and entrepreneurship education.
The seminar provides a safe learning space for participants to build AI literacy, explore digital and entrepreneurial competences and reflect on how youth work can support young people in navigating skills development, career guidance and future work pathways in the age of AI.

The Youth@Work Seminar “AI and the Future of Youth Employability” is designed for youth workers, project coordinators and practitioners who are interested in better understanding Artificial Intelligence and its implications for youth employability, skills development, and youth work practice.

This event is part of the Youth@Work Partnership on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship of Erasmus+ National Agencies. Youth@Work is the alliance of the Erasmus+/European Solidarity Corps National Agencies of Italy (the leading NA), Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Republic of North Macedonia, Spain, and Türkiye, as well as of the SALTO-YOUTH Eastern Europe and Caucasus (Poland), SALTO-YOUTH South East Europe (Slovenia) and SALTO-YOUTH Training and Cooperation (Germany) Resource Centres. This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.
Italian National Agency will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.
