ENFRENTANDO EL TRAUMA - UN KIT DE HERRAMIENTAS PARA EL APOYO BASADO EN TRAUMA PARA NIÑOS Y JÓVENES
Los niños y adolescentes que han vivido experiencias traumáticas a menudo enfrentan desafíos significativos en su desarrollo emocional, social y educativo. Aquellos que han pasado por situaciones difíciles, como abuso, negligencia, entornos familiares inestables o crisis como conflictos y desastres naturales, son especialmente vulnerables y pueden sentirse abrumados por estas experiencias. Aunque los profesionales que trabajan con jóvenes desempeñan un papel crucial en el apoyo a estas personas, a menudo carecen de herramientas y recursos accesibles para hacerlo.
El kit de herramientas "Enfrentando el Trauma" está diseñado para ayudar a los profesionales que trabajan con jóvenes a apoyar a niños y adolescentes que han pasado por situaciones difíciles. Ofrece herramientas sencillas para explorar temas importantes como el trauma, el estrés, el autocuidado y las emociones, de una manera fácil de usar con diferentes grupos objetivo. Con ejercicios lúdicos, el kit facilita que los niños enfrenten sus sentimientos y comportamientos, mientras sigue siendo práctico y accesible para los profesionales de la juventud.
El kit incluye pósteres educativos, un manual con juegos y actividades, historias en audio e instrucciones, y una formación en línea diseñada para profundizar en la comprensión del impacto del trauma y guiar respuestas sensibles.
