The organiser of this training left the following annotations for the application procedure:
Participants are selected based on their active involvement in youth work or non-formal education, motivation for the topic, willingness to engage in creative and reflective methods, and their intention to use the methods in their local work afterwards.
Applications are first reviewed by the applicant’s national partner organisation. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to a brief interview. Final selection is agreed between Talent Push e.V. and the partner organisations, taking into account country balance, gender balance, different levels of experience and inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities.
